Anna Sadovnikova, IBCLC, MPH, MA is a MD/PhD student in the Graduate Group in Nutritional Biology. She studies the role of glucocorticoids in modulating milk production. She is an international board-certified lactation consultant and the Chief Executive Officer of LiquidGoldConcept, a breast health and lactation education company. She has a MPH (Human Nutrition) and a MA (Russian, Eastern European, Eurasian studies) from the University of Michigan, where she studied international human donor milk banking policies and practices. Her bachelor’s work was at the University of California, Berkeley in Comparative Literature and Molecular and Cell Biology.
